What is RTT Therapy all about?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an innovative method designed to help you overcome barriers and achieve meaningful change. By addressing the deeper causes of negative patterns, RTT empowers you to break free from limiting beliefs and habits that may have been holding you back for years.

RTT uses a combination of techniques from neuroscience, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Cognitive, Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This approach uncovers and rewrites outdated beliefs and emotions stored in your subconscious, many of which were formed during childhood and unknowingly influence your current life.

With RTT, you can rewire your brain, shifting away from self-doubt and unhelpful behaviours toward a mindset of confidence, clarity, and empowerment. This fast, effective process allows you to create a more fulfilling and positive future.

Do you daily look after yourself and do something for you?

In these sessions we will focus purely on your habits and how to implement new ones to help you find balance, health and internal happiness.

These habits will be unique to you and what you enjoy and may contain such things like walking, journaling, meditating, grounding with sunrise or sunset, nutrition tips, increased exercise, yoga etc. All these habits are in my daily life and I look forward to helping you find yours that you will enjoy.​

This coaching will be ideal after you have gone through a hypnotherapy session with me. However, we can still work on many goals/habits without it!

Do I need to believe in hypnotherapy for it to work?Not at all! All you need is an open mind, a willingness to trust the process, and a desire to embrace change and get started.

Is this form of Hypnotherapy safe?Yes, this form of hypnotherapy is very safe and you have control over your mind and body. It is about being relaxed and in a REM state and listing to your internal self.

What is the cost of a session?This will vary depending on the package and time needed, I will happily discuss all pricing options on our free 20 minute chat!

How long will it take?Approximately 2 hours per session, this will vary dependent on the type of issue you would like to focus on.
